Rudder and horizontal stabilizer installed.

Cinch straps installed to level horizontal stabilizers for fabrication and installation of support cables.

Support cables fabricated and installed.
(The yellow measuring tapes are used to square, and level the stabilizers)

Right and left side support cables fabricated and installed.

The Horizontal stabilizers have been removed for covering.
